Diet suggestions??? (K.C.'s Post of course :)


Saturday morning I rolled out of bed at 6 a.m. to take care of some business in the bathroom. As I plopped myself on the toilet...SNAP! A nice crack right through the porcelain ring. I guess this means that I need to get my fat butt to the gym!

Okay Mr. Grinch, so yes I did notice the BEAUTIFUL desert scenery and the blizzard of flying trash through the train window, and yes Santa wasn't the jolliest St. Nick I've ever come across but hey, it's all what you make of it right? =) Sadie got a kick out of the wreath hanging behind us and the Christmas lights haphazardly strung across the train cars (yes we could have seen that in our own neighborhood but we needed some adventure! =) We had to try it once or we'd never know!

P.S. - I heard that if you wear a pedometer daily, your goal should be a minimum of 10,000 to 12,000 steps a day to lose weight. Hope that helps!
