So we went to Disneyland last week. It was a lot of fun. I will have to post pictures later. I haven't downloaded my pictures yet. We went to two baseball games last Tues. (Angels and Tigers and Dodgers and Giants). I actually wanted to see Barry Bonds hit a home run even though everyone hates him. He hit one the next day.
Wed. was Disneyland. I can hang a long time at Disneyland. K.C. wanted to take a nap. He said I need to find new Disneyland partners because I wear him out. How long does everyone else stay at theme parks? What's "normal"? We stayed for 7 hours (I could have stayed longer), and K.C. went back to the hotel and passed out. He slept for 12 hours! He said the sun wore him out.
Thurs. was California Adventure. It was my first time there. I was pleasantly surprised the Cal. Adventure was not all rollercoasters. K.C. did well there because there was a lot of shows and sitting down. We took a picture with Mickey and the Incredibles. I will have to post pictures later.
The highlight of the trip was K.C. took Xayla on the little rollercoaster I believe in Toon Town. She barely made the height requirement with her shoes on. When she got off she said "Owee" and "hurt". It was sad, but very cute. We did have a lot of fun. It was nice getting away and just spending lots of time together. Well, I will post pictures later. That's always the best part.
Oh, one more thing. Our simple backyard is basically done. I need to post those pictures as well. We have been in and out of our house because we now have a backyard. Sometimes the kids leave the back door completely open. Well guess what? K.C. saw a mouse in our house yesterday! Gross! My neighbor has already found 2 in her house, but I didn't think anything of it. I guess they are roaming our neighborhood. What is the best way to get rid of one? K.C. is out at the store buying traps and he found this like mouse electrocuter at Lowes (sounds bad). We will see if it works. GROSS!

Sounds like afun trip! Seven hours at Disneyland sounds like a long day. Growing up when I was really, really tired I would say I was Disneyland tired. I remember going back to the hotel when I was little and feeling the most tired that I had ever felt. How did Zayla hold up? I think 2 is a good age to go.
Xayla did fine. She had a lot of fun. She was actually sooooo good. She is usually better when we are out.
You can take me instead of K.C. anyday. When we go to Disneyland we go for 5 days in October. We stay all day! From opening till close....I LOVE DISNEYLAND! (I think Matt is converted too>)
